Thank you for the replies. Failure2Stop, I completely agree with you. It's just that I got a good deal on the mount without thinking it all through.
This is the only 34mm mount that Bobro makes. It's originally marketed for Trijicon and has their logo on the left side. I think I will be trying out ADM Recon SL because the mount height makes it difficult to me to obtain a proper cheek weld and have the illumination visible. I am using MOE/RISR stock now and it helps a bit with keeping my head higher.
Also, has anyone tried JP Flattop 34mm mount?
Thanks!

You can swap the 34mm rings on the Bobro to another Bobro mount. Not the most cost-effective solution, I know, but maybe somewhere out there is a guy with a 30mm optic that wants a dual latch Bobro to replace his single latch.
And not to beat a dead horse, but there are smaller footprint bases that hold zero very well for use in conjunction with offset sights.
I do understand the allure of a good deal, hard to pass on until an issue arises.

Failure2Stop,
Can I ask for what mounts you prefer in 34mm? So far I know of ADM, Larue, and Badger. The mount is reversible, and Bobro said that they can swap the sides of the levers for free, so that's another path I may pursue.
For non-QD I really like our (KAC) mounts. Very light, full contact with the top of the rail, fairly low (about 2.6 inches over bore), 20 MOA draft built in. In my experience, they are the best option if QD is not necessary.
Yes, I am a KAC employee, and yes, those are the non-QD mounts that I have the most experience with.
For QD I prefer Bobro, primarily used on 5.56 guns. I own LaRue and ADM mounts as well, and they aren't going anywhere, as they do the job too. My 5.56 guns are mostly fixed front sight guns, so QD is a necessity.

Here's another 34mm AR scope mount option:

JP makes a very nice 45 degree Rail Offset section of rail, that you could mount your Troys to. I have that setup on my AR. Fits under magnified optics very easily (assuming you have the rail space, which you will if you do like already suggested - moving the mount forward and setting the optic further back in the rings).
I use KAC 45 offset sites on my 1-6x Leupold build
