No dude is going to get shot in the chest at 300 yards and look down and say "What is that, a 3 MOA group?"
I have both and they are great B@C has more options than HS but I cant find fault with either of them. You will still need to bed it to get the most out of it but its very simple and I can help you out.
If you don't mind me asking what its for there are some more options out there.

[QUOTE=ICANHITHIMMAN;1629534]I've used/shot a lot of stocks and I pretty much like them all. I have some trigger time on a M24 and had a LTR previously and liked those HS stocks. Ive shot a repro M40 with the Monte Carlo stock and liked them. Ive shot our SWAT teams sniper rifle with a McMillan A5 and REALLY liked that one. Only stock I really didn't care for was a Choate.

[QUOTE=C-grunt;1629698]In that case go with the HS, I see them use all the time for 150 and they are super easy to skim bed! I got one a while back for a barreled action I had, skim bedded, added a cheek piece then later milled it out and installed bottom metal, then painted her up it came out great and its so comfortable to shoot. I have them on 2 guns, I would say its my fav stock option for prone shooting. I do think the finish quality on the BC is better, I had to re build the bolt recess on this stock, the material looked like shit when I primed it, filed it out filled it in reshaped it and then I was happy.
300m I pulled one

Well I put the word out for a new stock and found a guy selling a B&C model 2958, similar to the standard HS Precision on a 700P, for 100 bucks. I'm going with that one and some bottom metal from Stockys.
