    The answer has and always be the same. Get a lawyer or do it yourself. The both obviously work. I expect that unless someone ever contested your Trust like a family member or .gov, then it's never going to make a great deal of difference.

    This. OH for me. I got a discount on transfers too since he's also an SOT. He'll also amend it once I'm married for free. I don't want to risk missing something on an item as important as this, the juice ain't worth the squeeze IMO.
