David - I had a good friend and AGGRESSIVE Glock shooter who was having tons of problems with feeding/functioning with his 3rd Gen G23 with a TLR-1 attached. I suggested he try a Gen4, since they were specifically designed (allegedly) to address performance issues of .40 S&W pistols with WML.
Of course, since I made the recommendation, his Gen4 won't work worth a darn with the TLR-1 either. We tried a number of possible fixes (new magazines, new RSA, new magazine springs/followers, different lights, etc) and nothing works. His pistol simply won't run with a WML.
I suggested he send it back to Glock for their repair, but at this point he just goes without the WML...
