    My kids are too young right now to get the safety off and rack one into the chamber, if they could even find it.

    This pic has been around the SG thread before but this is what I use for primary HD, with Less than Leathal rounds just incase (kids sleep downstairs so I have to move to them in emergency)

    Yes; the BRH is kept with a loaded mag inserted, and an empty chamber. I regularly pull the mag and inspect the top round for deformation. If/when it gets noticeable, the offending round is tossed into the range bag and replaced with a new one.

    Saigas have always been really interesting to me. I'm gonna have to buy one eventually.

    Personally, I'd skip the Wilson altogether. The 870P Max has all the same features of the Wilson Standard and is $300 less.

    Jim Fuller has been doing some amazing work with AKs and Saigas. I haven't had the opportunity to try one of his Saiga yet, but have shot a few of his AKs.
