    The inherent mechanical accuracy of a weapon system has NOTHING to do with the shooter; set the rifle in the appropriate test stand and remotely fire it until the assessment is complete.

    I agree 100%. But a lot of folks think they can sit down at a bench and start shooting bugholes. Ain't necessarily so...
