General Discussion 200 post requirement waived for LE?

Is this going to be publicly stated? I don't think it's a good idea but it would be nice to get a formal ruling on it.

i don't think its a good idea either.. unless you include military as well.

i doubt ill ever hit the required 200 post mark to get into GD because i basically read and buy from EE here more than try to pad my post count.. with that being said MY DD214 is ready to verify my service.

I don't think it's a good idea because it takes a while to learn how this community works; whether you be mil, citizen, or LE.

I just hope a lot of those: hey sweet rifle or good job or great pics posts really prepares and enables proper discussion and contributes a whole lot.

In addition I should be credited for not coming from ar15.com...LOL

Listen, I won't be a problem...trust me!!! No need to "hurt" or "punish" anyone else...you will not see me post in that forum again...

It's not you, it's a request for clarification, Ralph. Not at all personal.

Didn't AC say it was a glitch somewhere? Also, maybe it should be 400 posts? They have their own private sub after all.
For that matter, newbs posting in the "official where to get it" thread shouldn't count either. I've seen a few making a living in there. Pretty easy to rack up 200 posts every time a mag is in stock somewhere.

Well it's taken me 2 years to get 100 posts so I guess I can wait another 2 years.
Marriage is a good institution, considering you're ready for one.

    Good catch, my question answered.
