I just checked out the rulebook too. Other than a couple of minor points, seems like a lot to like.

    Jesse,

Do you know if USSA or OKC Gun Club will be offering these matches in the future? 3 Gun is too rich for my blood (and I have no interest in shotgun at this time), but this looks doable.

One more question. Any thought to a rimfire division (at least at the Alpha Level), due to availability and price issues with rifle ammo?

I think Mac has about 15-20 ranges in the SE running USCA matches.

I too went thru the rulebook. Very nice to see a mil/le division, essentially formally acknowledging that people run that way.

I once received a shitfit from someone since I mentioned looking to run a pistol competition in my ccw 'setup'. I would still be in the safety requirements but I didn't care that I would be DQ'd. I just wanted to use it as practice.

But apparently that poster did care and it didn't matter that I would still pay the fee like everyone else

Looks like the Freestyle division of USCA would allow a CCW setup.

I'd actually have to buy a retention holster to run in MilLeo, but that's cheap compared to the investment I'd have to come up with for 3-gun.

We're looking forward to coming down to FL for a match. Since Area 6 Multi Gun left Ga, there hasn't been a real good major near by.

HOPEFULLY, this match will fix that problem.

I've only ever done hipower competition. What is a multi-gun course of fire like? It feels to me that youtube videos don't do it justice.
