I've frequently read about Meadows in other books, none of this surprises me given the things I already know. Not surprised that he didn't write 10 books about himself. Will have to grab a copy of the one by Alan Hoe.

So about a third of the way through this one. Having read Plasters books on SOG, not a lot of surprises except for the fact that some people actually survived this stuff. But excellent bio that fills in a lot of gaps. I knew some things but there was a lot to know.

    I don't know how I missed this.

But I am going to get it on kindle for my next international trip.

It really doesn't matter if they speak English like Major Meadows or Hebrew like Lt.Col. Baum one of my mentors that generations level of badass is off the charts.

I am reading the book now, about half way through...it's pretty decent reading.
