help with selecting a scope

Are these to scopes identicle. I plan on putting one on a LTR and will deffinately order from the first because I have not been able to find a price that good.

Noveske is better than legit even if it wasn't for $160 less?

MidwayUSA also offers the same scope for $1007.40 with their dealer discount. You qualify for dealer discounts if you have a Type 03 C&R FFL.

Also re: 223 vs. 308, TMR isn't a BDC, so it's not caliber/round specific. It is essentially a range finding reticle similar to the mil-dot but with more aiming points (hash marks) on the reticle.
