    IL private sale of firearms bill being debated right now on seante

    IL Senate to debate and vote on HB 1189 in regards to private sale of firearms. http://new.livestream.com/blueroomstream/events/2136983 If this becomes law, private sales would require a call to the IL State police in lieu of current law which requires you show the FOID card.
