My defect was limited to single batch of Mk13/14's, and was entirely unrelated to the anti-rotation tabs. Geissele replaced it with the new design, Mk14 with anti-rotation screws. I would assume the new designs will be for sale soon, as I just received my replacement yesterday.

"here is a side by side. the middle channel needed to be hollowed out a little more. so if it looks like this. i would say send it back to be safe. if it turns out yours is one of the affected ones, regardless of when you bought it or when you decide to exchange it we will take care of it."

Yeah, I'll take some tonight of the differences between the tabbed version and the set screw version.

Yeah, mine looked like the one on the left, missing the channel on the bottom of the barrel nut. Geissele replaced it with one similar to the one on the right, but black.

Just got mine out of storage. Turns out I also had the one missing the channel. Contacted Geissele and Nick got right back to me. Do the set screws secure on the upper receiver?

300BLK for supers mostly. Save the subs for 9” - both barrels AAC.

Yes, just like the Mk4 & Mk8. I too had a problem Mk14, and received my replacement last week.
