    yugo help

I bought a single shot Yugo at the last Richmond VA gunshow. It seems to be short stroking. Fired shell is ejected weakly, hammer is reset, but 90% of the time the chamber is empty. On the last shell in the Yugo mag, it won't lock open.
I've contacted the dealer and he'll exchange it, but it will be about 2 months before he's back in town or I can drive 6 hrs round trip.
My question is, is there anyone in the Richmond, VA area that can fix it?
    Thanks.

    Short anwser, no.

If it's a Century, you can send it back under warranty.

If you want to meet sometime to try it out I can take a look at it if you like.
