Am I the only one that feels like that mag is backwards?
Sic semper tyrannis.
Wow, that sure is a...gun. I like the color, and I'm looking forward to hearing how she shoots. Always nice to see good options thrown into the ring, especially for a 7.62 gas gun. With Wilsons reputation I don't think you'll be too remorseful on that purchase!
For such a new gun on the market I'm a little surprised be the variation in the models people are receiving. There must be a lot of options for the shooter to select when ordering?

I'm really wanting to pick one up this year.

It feels very light (for an AR10) and very balanced, even with the very light buttstock on it.
I took it out over the weekend for a quick function test. I wasn't too concerned about group size as it was cold and windy and I am not 100% sure this is the optic I will run long term. Initial shots were within 3/4" with Barnes 168 Vortex.
I have a Mark6 3-18 showing up today I plan to try on it as well. I am running my Templar Tactical Archangel on it though it might get switched out for the Nemesis30 which is much shorter, just not as quiet.
I hope to get it on Wednesday to stretch it's legs to 1K and then hunt for 4 days starting Friday. I will also get a chance to do some real group testing with various ammo.
The gun ran 100% with and without the can and there was zero gas blowback in my face. I would say they got the gas port and buffer setup tuned right.

Huh. I didn't even know WC was in the 308 world. Good to see, though. The more options out there, and the more innovation in 308s, the better.
That mag, though...
