    claims to be supported by real DOJ documents obtained through FOIA. Read the article and weep.
    WTF. Enabling of race baiting.

    Excerpt:

    On April 15, 2012, during the height of the protests, the Orlando Sentinel reported, “They [the CRS] helped set up a meeting between the local NAACP and elected officials that led to the temporary resignation of police Chief Bill Lee according to Turner Clayton, Seminole County chapter president of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People.” The paper quoted the Rev. Valarie Houston, pastor of Allen Chapel AME Church, a focal point for protestors, as saying “They were there for us,” after a March 20 meeting with CRS agents.

    Separately, in response to a Florida Sunshine Law request to the City of Sanford, Judicial Watch also obtained an audio recording of a “community meeting” held at Second Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in Sanford on April 19, 2012. The meeting, which led to the ouster of Sanford’s Police Chief Bill Lee, was scheduled after a group of college students calling themselves the “Dream Defenders” barricaded the entrance to the police department demanding Lee be fired. According to the Orlando Sentinel, DOJ employees with the CRS had arranged a 40-mile police escort for the students from Daytona Beach to Sanford.

    Few pages back covered that.

    Two witnesses have testified to GZ's abilities and general character regarding confrontations.

    MMA = No skills. source Instructor 0.5 on a scale of 1 - 10. Maybe a 1 after a year of study.

    Confrontations = He might call someone a bad guy / suspect on a police phone call but not the type person that wants to confront people in person. source Root

    Why introduce a witness that testifies your client took 1 year of "MMA" training right after the prosecution cross examined your other witness about the "Ground and Pound" MMA move?

    Very basic levels. His instruction was based on what classes were being taught at what time of day and how that fit his school and work schedule.

    Thus some grappling one semester, some boxing the next, account put on hold through Winter as he was too busy.

    Very basic beginner level stuff. the reason they went into it was to show that he id not possess the skills to trap someone's arm while they were mounting him and then control them to the point that he could actually intentionally hold TM there while he shot him.

    The instructor basically said that would be near impossible even for the most well trained.

    they didn't bring up the gun part, I added that, but that was the jist that GZ could have been so skilled so as to trap TM on top of him and then shoot him intentionally. Thus that would put TM yelling for help as well.

    IOW, GZ allows himself to get beat, then allows TM to mount him, then traps him in that position, and then with his exceptional gun handling skills fired the perfect shot as TM was desperately trying to retreat.

    Basically they think GZ is a mastermind killer the likes of which the world has never seen before.

    The first time I heard her say it I sort of felt she had a bit of that " well you can do what you want but it's your decision and not your lawyers" Sort of a "why not go for it, what have you got to loose" or "just be sure you know you can speak for yourself and not listen to your lawyers" Big big door opening in contrast to her "letter of the law matter of fact-ness she has had otherwise.

    EDIT: Holy cow,,, yes that would worry the hell out of me if the Judge wouldn't let my lawyer speak for me. Yes,,, here voice was clearly leading and inviting to the "you can testify" part.

    If by chance GZ is found guilty, can he appeal his case because what could be construed as bias from the judge? Holy cow, I would calling a mis-trial due to a hostile judge against the defense. They brought up GZ's history, but the defense could not bring up TM's.
