I have had a Vortex 1x6 for about 6 months now. If you offered that deal to me I would turn you down, and I have used the Z6i.

A common comment I see about the Vortex is the stiff power adjustment. Have you had any issues with yours?

I like the crisp glass and the fact that only a dot is illuminated. The dot is as bright as any reflex sight, daytime bright. I also like the very aggressive grip in the turrets, no issues with gloves. The turrets lock also which is a very nice addition. I have a Cattail on mine, so no issues.

I just bought 2 of the Vortex 1-6's. I should have them in a week, can't wait to check them out, hope they are as good as people are saying.
