Looks like it could be a good product. Anything that's sticks reliably will be a welcomed improvement. Those four holes seem to be less likely to clog albeit the wound itself still could. TMS is a good company and does not sell anything they themselves have not vetted.

If the glue/gel is as good as it sounds this is a great thing. The adhesive is the achilles heal of all chest seals.
