    Troy micro buis?

    Hi
I have flat top upper with mi ss2 tube rail. Can and should I use Troy micro sights or should I buy standard rear/front separately?
I prefer the look of micros with Leupold vxr optic.
Upper is in the link below.

The micros are too short for a standard m4 flattop, buy the standards.
    I paint spaceship parts.

Go to a shop that has them and put them on your rifle to see if you actually like them.

Its not so much about co-witnessing, the problem is cheek weld. The Micro's are too low for most people to get a proper sight picture. They were designed for firearms with a higher rail than the M4 such as the Scar, HK416, Sig 5XX series, etc.

Thank you. Is there any functional difference between HK and M4 style as I prefer the looks of HK hood?

Yes on the difference. The M16 front sight post is adjustable for elevation. Changing the elevation on M16 sights moves the front sight post up and down so the front sight is no longer centered in the HK circular front hood.
Stick with M16/M4 sights if you have an adjustable front sight post.
