I have a hard time selling the reflex sights next to Aimpoints in my store. I would go with their RMR over the reflex if I had to go Trijicon. Honestly you are doing yourself a disservice by not going with an Aimpoint. Most here run Aimpoints not because of some celebrity endorsement, this isnt arfcom. We run Aimpoints because they have been proven to be the best available.
    I paint spaceship parts.

that makes sense, it is just the impression I get from a lot of locals here that run the T-1. all valid points, rapidly getting discouraged from using a Reflex sight now....

    Get an H1
Unless you're planning on scuba diving then get a T1.

I am no fan boy. I just use what works best after spending tons of cash looking for that optic which works over the years.

Micro Aimpoints are hard to beat. Just my opinion but I would not waste the time or money on a reflex. Either way you go, please let us know how it worked out a few months down the road.

    Best of luck to you.

I may have to learn the hard way. I bought an Eotech and like it but think the reticle is a little large and the sight itself is bulky. I have not had any issues with the new one I bought, xps2. I also have some acogs which I like and why I was leaning toward a reflex. This is a tough choice and am more considering a T-1 now and a RX30 reflex. I will let you all know which way I go this time but welcome the feedback from anyone that has used either....

I wasn't looking to start any fights with aimpoint users just wanting some feedback from current reflex users....

and to be honest with you I would probably go aimpoint pro or M4 before I go T-1 due to size of field of view....

Not knocking the m4, but the micros are a step up. I think you have a misunderstanding of how the dot is used, when used properly you see a floating dot super imposed over your target and your field of view is real life field of view with both eyes, can't beat that!

No experience with Trijicon reflex but . . .

My experience and comments are not directly on topic and may be of limited use. There are a multitude of threads on optics, reflex and otherwise, on M4C that can fill up more than one afternoon of reading and inform your purchase decision.

I now have four sights (ACOG TA44SR-10 1.5x16, Eotech OPMOD EXPS2, Aimpoint C3, and most recently, an Aimpoint Pro) spread over a Palmetto CHF 16” midlength, 6920, BCM M4, and BCM 16” BHF midlength. I’ve had the C3 the longest and it directly led me to purchase the Pro. The Aimpoints seem to be the easiest for me to shoot accurately (consistent steel hits out to 300 yards) and they are built like tanks. Although I do like the reticle on the Eotech, it is not very sharp (old eyes). Battery life and controls (slightly mushy on/off/intensity buttons) are the down sides. Questions about Eotech reliability are also common here. I do like the shape and size of the glass, however.

The ACOG is solid and I'm partial to the 1.5 power as well as the quality of the glass. I noticed the same issue mentioned above of decreased reticle intensity when aiming from shade to sunlight. The reticle is a bit small for my eyes, but I’m quibbling. Only have a few hundred bench rounds under it now, so more time with the small ACOG is needed. The ambient light sensitivity in my mind is a greater issue than the need to change batteries every few years in an Aimpoint.

Oh, and the Eotech? I’ll soon be selling it on my community gun board and buying an Aimpoint Micro H-1 2MOA. After reading the posts in this thread and elsewhere on M4C, Trijicon reflexes aren’t in the running for my cash.

If going reflex, rx34 for sure. Know that there are limitations, but they can be handled. Run fixed sights (or at least on the front) and practice acquiring them in case you dot washes out.

I just bought a rx30 with the arms mount. Will post feeling on sight once received.
