    That is very, very nice. I do love the contrasts between the slide and frame. A long time ago I had a Combat Elite, and really regret selling it.

    I know the name of this place is M4Carbine, but every one of these nice threads on a 1911 just brings a smile to my face. I really do appreciate it, when one of the craftsmen posts pictures of their work.

    I'd like to add my voice to those expressing their admiration for such fine craftsmanship and appreciation of a beautiful finished product.

    Makes a guy want to pull down his stocking and hang a holster from the hearth.

    I am so going to do that..... I have an old WW2 tanker holster that would be perfect.
