Magnifiers for eotechs

I'm have looked through, and seen good results from a Lucid 2-5x magnifier on a Burris AR pivot mount. All in all about $200-$250 less than the EOTech magnifier.

I do personally use the EOTech magnifier on my rifle, and I have never regretted it.

if you have a scope lying around, throw it on your AR and go to the range. try shooting with both eyes open and switching to different targets. With enough practice you can "choose" which eye is dominate to go from 1x to 12x instantly!

i feel like this would be very impractical unless you're on a square range shooting paper.
