So if a CTR and a SOPMOD were left in a rifle rack in a dark safe...

I couldn't tell if the cheeckpiece stayed forward like on the UBR.

I need one. Maybe RichFitz will whet our appetites, and appease our impatience with some Magpul Porn, ala the MBUS...Break out some photos, dudes.

Any dealers wanna start a pre-order list? I'd like it in FG.

Im still holding out for the UBR in OD (though I understand why many arent being made as black and FDE are the sellers)

RSR's got us flagged for a black one and a OD one for the shop.

My new rifle is almost done...just waiting for my smith to finish my barrel, and the UBR (running another stock til then) and then a set of 9.0 larue guards and I am done!

Slow is smooth. Smooth is fast. Fast is good.

    Thanks, Stick!

I'm hoping I can snatch one up before they end up like the UBR - Nonexistant.

I wonder if Chad or Grant are going to do pre-orders...

P.S. Your recommendation sold me on the Bobro mount. That thing locks on like Bernie Madoff on someone's life savings.

    Thats a fact.

The UBR is MUCH more intensive with its needs in production than the ACS, or at least that is my understanding. The ACS should be much easier to produce, and at a higher volume, which should greatly increase the amount we see available on the market.

I've certainly got no insider knowledge, but it wouldn't surprise me if one of the first places that we saw the ACS break cover was on one of the next Noveske/Magpul LE collaborations ... say, at around the $2,500 to $2,750 price point. Consider it a wild guess, but one that is based upon some rather logical inferences.

Either way, if the ACS turns out half as well as we're expecting, the real question won't be when they enter full production, but rather when are you going to be able to actually find one, as dealers aren't going to be able to keep them in stock for a long, long time.
