Never had those problems your referring to. Shoot it, break it in & If you have any issues contact Gene @ LMT. He will square you away w/o a doubt.

That sucks bro, I know how much thought you gave into buying the rifle, I'd certainly never expect you'd have any issues with an LMT. Perhaps it is just very tight, if not I'm sure LMT will make the issue right. Keep us posted, I'm curious to hear how the range trip goes.

I just exchanged emails with Gene. He said to check the bore and chamber and go shoot it. Sounds like a plan. I will report what I find. I won't be able to go shooting until July 28th. I have a feeling though its going to run like a scalded dog Can't wait. Range report will follow, even though most 4 year old girls shoot better than me.
