Replacement rear on 66-1

Love my K frame 66-1 , hate the rear notch
would love a wider and deeper notch, preferably still adjustable if possible.

Are you looking for something besides just wider and deeper? If not, the factory leaf's notch can be opened up and even "U" notched at the bottom as tends to be popular these days. Also, S&W makes several different heights of rear sight leafs. The taller ones have plenty of room for a deeper notch if you have one of the short ones.
