They are semi local to me, about 20 miles away in Wolfe City. I picked up one of their stripped lowers from a LGS near me and built it up with a PSA lower build kit and put a BCM upper on it. No Problems with it. They'er selling for $100.00 to $120.00 dollars around here for the stripped lower only.

I haven't ever seen On Target Tactical, but if you're looking for a decent deal on a lower, I saw today that PSA has a complete lower with FDE Magpul MOE furniture for $199 right now...
