    JSE Surplus has the dpms .308 low quadrail for $135.

    thanks...... do you know what size gas block is needed for a 308

    It would depend completely on the barrel.

    oh ok , can you explain a bit more please ? i am sure the bigges size is for a bull barrel... according to dpms i have the 16" AP4 4140 Chromemoly barrel

    I'm not too familiar with the particular AR15 model you own, but is there anything stopping you from having the factory FSB shaved?

    i have a standard front iron site .... never seen anyone shave it , but dont know if you can or not

    No I don't but that quadrail will fit behind the front sight gas block. Just remove and reinstall.I have the same .308 rifle but mine came with the quadrail because I ordered it that way.

    well even if i install a low pro gas block, what witch one of the 3 would fit ?
