Been running like a clock. Scored some steel cased range ammo at a good price. Gonna run a couple hundred through her this morning.

all for what because somebody is trying to play the system???
As I stated in another thread it would take mere seconds for some anti 2A cop to slip a stock on it to fk you over and take your gun.
You could have this gun next to a carbine and a cop could easily state that you could interchange buttstocks and then LE is taking both your guns
As much as you think you can you ain't going to beat the government or the system.

They will fk you and they will win, you papers are toilet paper to the uneducated LEO on the streets.

The last sentence in the last paragraph in that FBI letter states-

HOWEVER, possessing a rifle buttstock that could be READILY installed on your pistol could constitute possession of an SBR.

A stock that can be removed from a legal carbine in seconds and installed on that RE in seconds easily constitutes "readily" installed.

    Good luck with your game.
I'm not worried about the "evil" cop, I'm worried about the "uneducated" cop. There are a lot of those, and my concerns go well beyond NFA stuff all the way to the routine everyday stuff like CCW issues.

What about a fudged up RE that a stock will not fit onto, kinda like a stripped bolt end that will not let a nut thread onto it? Just an idea to get around the man...lol.

The complete pistol lower I ordered from DDLES came with shrink wrap around the standard RE. Seems an easy $4 way to remove the "readily accept a stock" if you are so inclined.
