    If they know that this is a problem with their barrels why wouldn't they fix it before they ship them? Shooting through a partially obstructed barrel doesn't sound like a good solution for any problem.

    I hear ya gotm4. I just re-read my last post, and I certainly didn't mean to sound as doubting you. I fully trust what you say, and your experience.
    I just couldn't believe a burr could stand up to that kind of "1K round" abuse.


    Fireglock, I think they just don't feel ike it's a problem, and apparently, other manuf's bbls can have this same issue too.
    I had originally felt the same way (bbl obstruction concern), but I'm just hearing from everyone that it matters not.
    I will say that I don't think I've ever SEEN a hand-held, carbide deburring tool that would even be SMALL enough to come close to fitting down inside a tiny gas port hole anyway.
