Unfortunate. And two panels on the bottom seems silly. Refer to the uppermost picture on this page, that is how I & a lot of others use handstops. If your panel could be used in this orientation, I could eliminate some weight.

    1 loaded round of 5.56 weighs .5oz
1 hand stop panel with hardware .2oz
    1 3 slot panel with hardware .2oz
    1 4 slot panel with hardware .3oz
    1 5 slot panel with hardware .4oz

We have had several guys set their rifles up like the one on the top of page two . A four or five slot followed by a hand stop .Weight for all those those who have handled these has never been a issue. You will not defeat the purpose of your light weight hand guard by adding these.
    Thanks

Interesting. I may have to try a set, see how they feel.

    Keymod hardware

Hey guys I want to get a keymod bipod mount - between the Noveske and the primary weapons. Noveske looks much smaller - any reason to choose the bulkier PW over it?

Have you checked out Odin Works? They make a couple Harris Type Bipod Mounts. They also make a KeyMod™ light mount.

For those looking for KeyMod VFG or AFG, you might check out the Lanco Grip Stop. It's similar to an AFG2, except it's made of billet aluminum, curved, has proper KeyMod mounting hardware and is much less bulky.

I put one on my KMR and love it. Works very well as a barrier stop. I was banging it against my workbench and it never loosened.

Agreed. The OdinWorks mount looks quite nice.

You might also consider the IWC bipod mount. It's a bit of a Franken-Keymod setup that requires removal of the handguard, but it's very small and low profile.

I tried one of these before deciding to go with an Atlas Bipod instead of a Harris.
