I put one on my KMR and love it. Works very well as a barrier stop. I was banging it against my workbench and it never loosened.

Not really sure why manufactures keep making sharp edged handstops. I can already feel the blisters forming just looking at that thing.

Well, there aren't really any sharp edges on the Grip Stop. All edges are bevelled and rounded, so it's actually very comfortable. So unless your palms are made of tissue paper, you shouldn't be getting any blisters.

    Keymod hardware

I *almost* got around to playing with my DIY panels this weekend and was thinking: it would sure be nice to have a keymod "template". A bit of the pattern that could be used to mark the panels. Anyone have any thoughts on how to get something like that?

Also I was thinking the BCM QD style mount hardware would be nice to be able to buy separately.

Here are the MI rail panels and the BCM VFG. Ignore the rope it was my attempt before any of the panels were out yet. I will get closer pics of the vfg and panel covers together tonight.

Looks good! I have mine setup the same way, but how did you get your panel so close in front of the VFG? I have about a 1/4" gap.

It might be because of the difference in the panels, I am using the handstop while you have the 3 slot panel? I am not sure if the handstop covers more towards the back r what, but my question for you is..

Does your bcm vfg not look like it is locked in all the way? Is there a gap between the grip portion and the locking portion?
