I don't run dynamic on it, but there I got this idea from a SWAT fellow from Florida, that post here. He likes it because it flexes vs the strap.

The setup is real easy to get on/off and I like that once it's set it will always fit the same. I put in the esstac wedges in the mag pouches but you can see from the pics that they lift up the edges of the velcro on the cummerbund. I'm replacing them with the esstac triple mag pouch so it will not lift the edges. The integrated mag pouches velcro flat so if you really wanted to load out on mags then you could load them as well.

I'm trying not to put unnecessary stuff on it so it's just mags/blowout kit/tourniquet. I'm not hsld, with my plates in it would be real easy to make too heavy to be useful to me. It's for classes/home defense and just nice to have.

I haven't ran it in a class yet so it may evolve over time. I like the ares micro belt for a "war" belt to hold my pistol/dump pouch/pistol mags/feeder ar mags. I think this will be the slickest set up for me from all the research I've done.

Hope this helps and sorry if the cell pics suck.
