Police officer shoots unarmed suspect 41 times.

I guess running from police these days can get you killed, even if unarmed. A bit excessive???

Garland, TX police followed and cornered “chase suspect” Michael Allen in a cul-de-sac, where a police officer shot him 41 times, reloading twice. Allen was unarmed. Several other officers were on the scene, but only one officer, P Tudor, fired his weapon. Tudor emptied three 15 round magazines into the “suspect.”

Running from the police is not a capital crime, and an imposition of the death penalty by an out of control officer cannot be tolerated. Will this be another of the many cases where a department unites around one of their own and finds the actions “justified” in their internal investigation? We’ll soon find out

While I am 100% positive that there is more to this story, I can't see any way 41 rounds is justified at an unarmed man.

Out of 41 shots fired into the suspect's truck, he was hit 3 times. Oddly, his passenger wasnt hit at all; not to mention a dog dragged him out of the car by his throat. The police officer has been terminated since then as he was the only shooter out of 5 officers on the scene. The PO that shot the suspect is also the person who rammed his truck when they entered the cul de sac. Sociopaths dont often blossom until later in life.

I live in a very small town, and two officers (one i went to high school with) shot an unarmed fleeing suspect in the head last month. He was a drug dealer, and it's still an ongoing investigation. Normally I give cops the benefit of the doubt, but this one was a real piece of work in school.

There were 4 other officers that let him unload 2 1/2 mags on a guy???
