Somewhat, but not really.
How's that for an answer? As far as the Colt 901 BCG, I have no idea. Depending on what else you're looking for, there can be. I'm nowhere near as knowledgeable as some guys here on AR 308s. Some will share mags & handguards. I believe most grips & stocks are interchangeable. It starts to get hairy with bolts, barrel extensions & receivers. I've only done experimenting with an AR10, SR25 & an M&P10 so my experience is pretty limited.
Among others, the guy to ask here is F2S. He really knows his shit.

BCG & CH are proprietary as was already stated in previous threads on the LE901 & they are not ubiquitous.
