I'd never eat it again.
But when you have an active social life, no wife to cook for you, and need a large caloric surplus because you finally got sick of being a skinny chump and you're lifting heavy and often, it sure is convenient.
I was grilling chicken breasts until I realized that 16oz of Chicken breast has ~400 calories and costs $5. $5 will get me an 1,100 calorie Angus burger at Micky D's 
If I knew of a way to be healthy and quick with meals, I'd jump on it. I'd really prefer not to have my life in the hands of some socialized doctor when I'm in my 80s being paid for through a single payer system.
