In short, yes. I do eat that stuff. All the time.

Why? Because to get 2100 calories from lean meats and vegetables would leave me in the kitchen all day and throwing up from eating too much food.

Edit: I didn't read your post by the way, because I'm sure it would make me feel disgusted and would ruin my love for 20 piece nuggets from the Golden Arches.
As always, it's in the balance. A few nugget Mc tendons - blood - bone and fat, occasionally is unlikely to do you any long term harm. As a regular part of your diet, maybe problematic.

FYI, the sauce is made of bull jiz, snot, and eye fungus.

Trust me, It's not that I'm in love with fast food and it can be pretty disgusting. That's probably why I didn't want to read the OP I'd never eat it again.

But when you have an active social life, no wife to cook for you, and need a large caloric surplus because you finally got sick of being a skinny chump and you're lifting heavy and often, it sure is convenient.

I was grilling chicken breasts until I realized that 16oz of Chicken breast has ~400 calories and costs $5. $5 will get me an 1,100 calorie Angus burger at Micky D's

If I knew of a way to be healthy and quick with meals, I'd jump on it. I'd really prefer not to have my life in the hands of some socialized doctor when I'm in my 80s being paid for through a single payer system.

I was diagnosed as a celiac almost 4 years ago. As a result, I cannot eat fast food anymore. It's simultaneously one of the best AND shittiest things that could've happened. I eat better than ever before, but man, do I miss me some blood vessel fat nuggets.

You learn pretty quickly the shit, and I do mean shit, that is in our food when you have to study labels on EVERYTHING.

That's bummer. A good friend of mine's wife & child both have that. So much for having you over for pizza & beer.
