What ammo do you use for HD

Mine is loaded with #8 bird, #8 bird, #4 buck, #8 bird, #8 bird with three 00 buck and two slugs in the side saddle.

00 federal buck with slugs in a side saddle. Not my go to gun, but ready to go nevertheless.

My 870 is loaded with Federal FC low recoil 00 buck. Tru Ball slugs and more 00 on the sidesaddle.

I use the low recoil primarily for my wife's sake, if I am not home she will grab the 870. IIRC, it only loses about 200 fps, which at indoor social distance is not a big deal in my opinion.
