Very happy with a PSA "m4" I traded into. It's not a Cadillac, but it will do in a pinch. Trigger is rather un-usable, I believe the worst factory trigger I have felt to date.

The AP serials are supposedly Aero Precision and the LW marked serial numbers are supposdly L.W. Schneider
I have PSA lowers made by both Aero Precision (one) and L.W. Schneider (two) on my builds. All lowers have been in spec and GTG. The Aero Precision-made lower has a slightly shinier finish than the very matte finish of the L.W. Schneider-made lowers.

Trigger is rather un-usable, I believe the worst factory trigger I have felt to date.
I'm surprised to find how poor the reports are for the PSA standard triggers. I've used two so far, and they have been as good or better than a Colt trigger. Now that's not high praise, but they are certainly usable. In fact, mine feel a bit smoother and crisper than the typical AR trigger.

I've felt good and bad ones, but I typically replace mine anyway.

If you receive a trigger (or any part) with an issue just contact our customer service and they will take care of you.

Good on PSA to post so quickly. Maybe take a peek at the LPK trigger and selector switches as those are the weak link and need some attention or possibly a different distributor entirely.

My "premium" BCG was not staked properly. I sent it back and they sent me another one- also not staked properly.

I have 4 Colt 6920's and a Del-Ton sport. All 5 carbines have better stake jobs (Del-Ton's was much better than PSA's in fact)

Getting an error message when I try to upload picture.

Wow. None of the BCGs I've gotten from PSA look like that. They all have nice, deep staking like was posted earlier.

Looks nice. Very strange that I received not 1 but 2 BCG's with lame staking...

Working through the issue with CS. Relatively painful process. I really want to like PSA but they are not making it easy on me.

Also FWIW... The gentleman I spoke with today (forget his name) looked at the picture I sent over (the same one I posted) and told me that the gas keys did look properly staked.

At this point I just want a return/refund...
