It seems you can't look up anything on Youtube anymore (survival related) without some video popping up with something about Russian Troops in America. The story goes that they're here to aid in disaster relief and they're able to shoot disobedient citizens. My gut feeling is that this is one of the big conspiracy stories floating around. Is there any truth to this?

If I had a dollar fir every foreign uniformed soldier seen in the USA I wouldn't have to work much if any. There are thousands of troops from different parts of the world here in the USA all the time. They do lots of training.
