has anyone ever used one and can comment on quality? not the adm qd, but the fixed mount?? would this be a better option than the burris pepr or the leupold ims?

They're made in China, if that has any bearing on your decision.

Are you concerned about quality or supporting America?

Have you considered Leupold IMS family? They have anything from 1" to 35mm available. A little expensive, though.

I have and really like them. The mark 2 30mm mount won't give me the eye relief I need. The rear ring is pretty much vertical. The mark 4 looks like it is extended(not sure how much), but then you are $180 into a non qd mount.
