I am all for telling people to carry their gun on Condition Stupid. If everyone has to charge their gun it does two things. First, I know I'm up against a mall ninja and second, it gives me that extra time to dispatch their dumb-asses.
That guy gets a kick-ass indoor range to practice in by himself and that is what he does with his time......

In order to impress me I'll need to see the version of this where he's running something like a sims pistol and has to fend off two or three attackers coming at him, preferably with their own sims guns already chambered. Or frankly even not chambered and running the same as him.

Not a fan of empty chamber carry for a number of reasons. Force on Force training or a breakdown of deadly force encounters by police in the US will show the inadequacies of this method. Also, not too impressed with his target, visible at around 1:09 or so.
What I can say is that he seems to be in decent shape; a departure from a lot of Youtube commandos. If empty chamber carry is his SOP due to unit regulations, legal requirements, etc., and he can't change it, at least he seems to be making it work as best he can.
The advice above is worth exactly what you paid for it.

I have no doubt he can shoot effectively, the muzzle controlfof the Gun shows that, but the instant default to racking the pistol....uhhhh
