    Did it come with the flat spring?
    If you aren't armed when you take a dump in your own home then your opinion on what is a practical daily carry weapon isn't interesting to me.

    Yup. 17 lb. flat spring with blue shok-buff and guide rod for 5" 45 1911s.

    I will post up later this week when my order comes from Brownells. I ordered a flat wire spring "kit" which brings a guide rod, flat wire spring, and shock buff. Also ordered one of their BP spring plugs too. Can't wait ti test it out on the new pistola……….

    I will. I recently used it 1/2 time in a lowlight class. Flashy.
