Lol if I could actually keep track of the rounds I'm putting through mine, I'd be more than happy to carry on the thread. I just count by ammo cans though LOL. It will be going back at the end of the year to have every part, pretty much, replaced!

I'm sad to see the 9mm Springer run so poorly with cheap Russian ammo. That is my go to training stuff from time to time. I may have to really consider whether or not I want one now.
Nice car! I used to have a 911SC - what a fun go kart. Enjoy and thanks for the great thread!
Wow, after all that you just up and sell it? How sad. I am drumming up funds for a fun car, so I get it, but damn, the CQB?!
But awesome car
Well, no blame goes to the CQB, it was the best 1911 I ever owned.
If you aren't armed when you take a dump in your own home then your opinion on what is a practical daily carry weapon isn't interesting to me.
Just finished reading the entire thread. What a great writeup. Thanks for sharing your experience. I know the gun is gone, but I wanted to ask what your thoughts are about the CBQ with a light rail on it. Would you recommend the CBQ with a light rail or would you have wanted one on yours? Just curious. Thanks.
Practically, I wish I had gone for one with the rail. I much prefer the "classic" look of the 1911 dustcover but it is hard to beat the versatility of a weapon mounted light.

A FCS-less railed 1911 is one mean looking piece. One with an X400 would be a world-beating 1911 in my opinion. But two is nice.
