Ak Identity ?

I recently purchased the worlds ugliest AK and picked it up from my FFL last night. Looking it over for markings it has on the non ejection side of the receiver:
386 CW- ####*
7.62x39mm
SEMI-AUTO

On the ejection side it has an S and the bolt is marked with the same 5 digit serial number.

From my limited search it appears this is a Polytech AK. The rifle has an ultimak with some railed bottom stock on it that I have not pulled to see if there are additional markings, stock is one of the Tapco AR style. Rifle does have a threaded barrel and a flash suppressor.

Any help appreciated, just trying to find out a little about it.
