Were you looking for someone to say... "Good job, you are an educated consumer for choosing PSA over similarly priced alternatives. Of course PSA will never be BCM/DD/Colt, but at least it isn't a POS like Del-ton, Bushmaster or DPMS. Some people will never learn (but you did) that it is important to buy a quality rifle."

    ?
Del-ton is just as good as PSA in my opinion (besides PSA's FN barrels)...More people on these forums own PSA tho...Delton>Bushmaster/DPMS.

This is coming from a guy with 5 Colts and 1 Del-ton (bought before i knew any better).

Del-ton is not great but it's not Bushmaster or DPMS.

    Again one mans opinion...

Nah I was just being sarcastic. I have nothing against Del-ton and the only first hand experience I have is with their 16" dissipator barrel which I put on my frankengun.

Honestly the thing I don't understand is threads here get locked all the time because "it has been discussed before so use the search button". That is unless it is about brand bashing, then it stays open for about 6 pages worth of comments.

This is exactly why I have steered clear of PSA. I know a lot of people think they are better than the other budget brands but I don't see how they can offer a higher level of quality with a lower price. Then I saw their PTAC line (which has 8620 bolts for example) and understood, they may offer some quality parts but when you order their kits you are getting the bottom of the barrel.
I cannot in good faith recomend someone to PSA when BCM and others have , IMO, a very fair price on proven quality gear.
