    The bolt was clear...the round was jammed against the gas tube

    What is it? Each time I have ever seen one, I just use the tip of my finger to push the bolt backwards through the ejection port cover. Pulling the charging handle of course just makes it worse. I have only seen a couple so bad this didnt work so you had to use a tool to push the bolt backwards and even then the tip of another round worked.
