    Thanks folks. As much as it nauseated me to look at the gun when I first got it, I admit I enjoyed the challenge of doing this, and I'm pleased with how it turned out.

    Ben, great salvage - again I wonder, just how much do you actually shrink the circumference on a 360 degree job ?

    I don't remember the circumference off the top of my head. I do know that the front to back diameter is usually reduced by about 1/4"
