This class features 1911 specific range drills that highlight the differences of shooting a 1911 vs other handguns. Specific drills and courses of fire are used to allow the shooter to understand what shooting a 1911 is all about. The real unique part of this course that makes it stand out is the day two classroom portion. In this section we teach detailed disassembly, troubleshooting, recommended and not recommended modifications, and a detailed inspection of each students 1911. This class is coming up fast and we do have a few open seats available. If you are interested in signing up please feel free. How many times are you going to get the opportunity to have Larry Vickers himself look over your 1911 and fix problems on the spot if possible? Every self respecting 1911 owes it to himself to take this class.

As always if you have any questions please let us know.

This is a must for any 1911 guy. I took this about 5 years back and it really opened my eyes.
Let those who are fond of blaming and finding fault, while they sit safely at home, ask, ‘Why did you not do thus and so?’I wish they were on this voyage; I well believe that another voyage of a different kind awaits them.”

The class was great and I like Larry's style. We agree in the idea of quality rather than quantities with shooting. Better instruction with a lower round count is preferable to just hosing rounds down range. I hope to take another class from him or another I as group trainer next year!
