There are two types/tiers of blue label retailers as Grant has previously eluded. The "distributor" will have better pricing than the "dealer". I've seen the "dealer" level all over the place, but the "distributor" tier are consistent.

That must be the deal with my LGS...he was buying from an LE distributor on my behalf. He didn't fax my credentials to Glock, he faxed them to the distributor.
