I agree completely. In which case I'm not a bit surprised that the guy lost weight and improved his health. Fast food is not intrinsically unhealthy these days, but the choices that it encourages for those less savvy than this guy (the vast majority) can be. Excellent lesson in nutrition to teach high school students. I really applaud his insight. It's the kind of thing that might make people less inclined to blame spoon manufacturers for their obesity.

“Those who do not view armed self defense as a basic human right, ignore the mass graves of those who died on their knees at the hands of tyrants.”
If you have ever seen the documentary "fat head" he covers alot of it in detail.
Saw that mentioned somewhere. I think it was here....https://www.m4carbine.net/showthread...47#post1827347
McDonald's does offer a few semi-healthy things. Combine those in sane doses with exercise and surprise...the guy lost weight.
Watch what you eat and exercise....lose weight....shocker! LOL
They OFFER a few healthy (or not so bad) choices. The problem is that very few people actually CHOOSE them.
Still, I make it a rule to stay far away from places like that to begin with. Just the smell of being near McD's is nauseating to me. After being away from those food choices for a while...you really don't crave them...sorry. Most of the time if I am out and need lunch or a snack...I'd rather duck into the grocery store and snag a bag of almonds and a container of Greek yogurt instead.

Not that it is really germane to this discussion but upon cleaning out the loose change in my car tonight I decided to throw it away on one if those new bacon ranch spicy McChickens... omg was that delicious. First time I've eaten there in 4 months or so.
Ok back to the health stuff again lol

Or the guy could've saved himself some money and ate garbage from a dumpster, same difference.
Why do the loudest do the least?
Nutrition value of the "food" not factored into this comment. If you cut calories you loose weight. If you increase calories you gain weight. Seems Mcdonalds is trying hard to gain business from the vast majorities non thinkers in this country.
