    USP Tactical Night Sight Options

    Good Morning,

I just snagged an awesome KK code USP45 Tactical for a song. This has always been on my short list but due to practicality... I just never ended up with one. Now I can proudly join the H&K ranks.

I noticed that the new USP45T's that Grant is selling come with factory Night Sights. I would like to upgrade the match sites to match night sights if at all possible. The only sight I have been able to find is the meprolights.

    I was wondering two things:

Which Sites comes on the factory ones, and where are they sold (example : http://www.gandrtactical.com/cgi-bin...y=704501T-A5)?

Does Heine or anyone make a match sight similar to the Strait 8's that would work?

Any help would be greatly appreciated gentlemen.

    1) Your link is dead. I am assuming you're wanting this link:

    2) Those are Mep adjustable night sights. They are the same as the target sights that come on most of the Tacticals, but they have a three dot night sight system rather than all black. The Meps are available here:

    3) I don't like target sights and always thought the adjustables were not going to be strong enough to put up with that I wanted to do. I am not sure how many slide racks off a holster that rear could take. Maybe a lot, I don't know. They just seem like they'd break. Regardless, I put Heinie suppressor heights sights on mine and got rid of the adjustable target sights.

ETA - Here are the Heinies:

+1 on the strait eights cuz, you shot my glock equipped with strait eights. They're my favorite sights. I wouldn't keep the adjustables either. Next step is you and me going to the range and trying to break it It's been probably 8 years or so since I shot a HK, it will probably make me want to get one.

Going from a Glock trigger to an HK match trigger... get that credit card ready.

I dunno I'm really a fan of the glock trigger. I'd be surprised if I'd prefer the da/sa but it remains to be seen.
