I haven't shot one of the carbine uppers, but I've been amazed at the consistency of my Mod1 and 11.5" CQB. They literally pile brass in a 12" circle.
Put the H2 in. The range is only open on the weekends, so I will post a report accordingly.
Thanks everyone for the help and input.
FYI - both of those buffer's that HJMPanzr posted are HH P/N 20157 buffers, just an earlier version (marked HH on the face) versus the current one below.
The SR-15 16" Carbine Buffer is a 3.0 oz Carbine buffer - gold anodized and marked SR-15 on the face.
The SBR's use the HH/H2 buffers from our SR-16's - and if your run weak ammo, just use a lighter buffer.

I have a factory LPR that came with a silver buffer marked SR-15 on the face. Is this a carbine buffer? I guess I could finally buy a kitchen scale (we don't have one) and answer this myself.
I also have a Spikes T-2 buffer not being used at the moment; has anyone tried running one of these in an LPR or a 14.5"? (Have a new 14.5" en route from Lawmen's to boltcarrier for a URX 4 & MAMS then finally to me.)
